Madeline Long-Gill – Edunomic Village International. Madeline Long-Gill a minister and a financial literacy advocate, founder and CEO of Edunomic Village International, Inc., a financial literacy and lifestyle management organization for young adults and unbanked populations. The organization received proclamations from Congressman Lacy Clay, Governor Bob Holden and Mayor Francis Slay designating April “Financial Literacy Month”. She is co-owner of NOW Intermedia, Inc., a cable television provider. She is the former Executive Vice President of NeTech, Inc., a builder of external telecommunication networks.

 Madeline spent 7 years as a Training and Development Specialist with the Department of Human Services, training the welfare and homeless population in Washington, D.C.; 11 years in the 

telecommunications industry, and 3 years in Direct Marketing. She has provided countless hours of volunteering with numerous minority organizations, including the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (representing 118 HBCU’s) where she served on the Corporate Advisory Committee; the Ancient Egyptian Order of the Noble Mystic Shrine - Youth Department; and the Black College Expo Committee.

 Madeline is a licensed Mediator with the Citizen’s Complaint Center in Washington, D.C. She has developed countless workshops on financial literacy, higher education, and networking for churches, catholic schools, the Shriner Organization, Miss Black Missouri Organization and the Black College Expo.  Madeline recently completed her first book entitled “Are You Listening” a collection of inspirational quotes that will be released Spring 2006.
