Before we can even begin to think about transformation, we must first address reality.  Most people of all ethnic and culture backgrounds are not prepared to work together for a common goal.  No matter what the economic bracket, most are not prepared to engage in positive community-building.  But, this very activity is happening in pockets throughout the world.  U4abc has a process that prepares communities, organizations, and people who simply have a common goal to pool talent and resources to reach their desired objectives.

U4abc offers very unique courses and programs designed to improve the economy and face of communities. Our course content is based on work by world-renown thought leaders such as Alvin Toffler, Robert Kiyosaki,  Claud Anderson,  C. T. Vivian, and Stephen R. Covey. We stay abreast of current events and weave them into our content in order to stay real-world oriented.  We strategically develop our course content, presentation, and experience so that youth and  parents are linked to each other and to anchor institutions within their community. 

 Financial literacy, leadership skills, and principled living are cornerstones of our education. Each of our courses has a specific objective;  we aim for students to leave us with real-world applications.  Those who complete our programs and group seminars are immersed in an incubator environment to ensure success.  People who complete our programs are ready to implement Community Development plans, major church development projects, and other projects that enhance their financial, social, and spiritual footing.
